Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, as of March 18, 2020, System Lifeline Inc. will be taking the following measures to ensure the health and safety of our team, our clients, and the public:

 – Until further notice, our team members will no longer be making onsite visits, with the exception of catastrophic failures requiring hands-on support;

 – All remote support will continue to be provided as per usual;

 – All team members will continue working from home, and will be expected to follow social distancing protocol as set out by the Ontario Ministry of Health.

This is an evolving situation, and our role in helping to manage the spread of COVID-19 in Ontario is critical. It is imperative that we take steps now to reduce opportunities for transmission.

With so much of our business being provided online, it is unlikely that this will result in any disruption in service to our valued clients.
